The Company
Xcel Nutraceuticals Company is a small privately held entity located
in Houston, Texas. MD Shahid founded Xcel Nutraceuticals in 2002. In
2006 he launched the company into the competitive alternative remedies
markets with two scientifically developed all natural-based products. The
Company manufactures, markets, and sells all of its products to persons
who seek alternative remedies for the management of chronic skin
disorders and hair loss. Xcel Nutraceuticals now maintains small satellite
offices in Dallas and San Antonio, TX. In the fall of 2008, the company
expanded its product line, which now includes natural and organic based
products such as shampoos and hair moisturizers.

MD Shahid is a senior research scientist with an MS degree in
Physical Inorganic Chemistry. MD Shahid has worked for some of the
largest specialty chemical companies as a Senior Research Scientist for 30
years. Mr. Shahid is a recipient of the NTA "Scientist of the Year " award
(1991), and his work on numerous occasions has been cited by Chemical
Abstract, the world's largest and most referenced chemical index provider
on numerous occasions. During his distinguished career to his credit, he
has authored or co-authored 49 US patents, 88 patents worldwide, more
than 650 technical citations, and more than 100 technical publications.
